Versatile Application & User-Friendly Operation

A replaceable protective plate fully protects the vacuum table main unit from damage. The protective plate is replaceable and is a low-cost consumable. The soft clamping surface of the vacuum table main unit can also be used as an emergency clamping surface. The soft clamping surface of the main unit can accommodate workpieces with poor flatness. Compared to traditional grid vacuum tables, this new automatic valve vacuum table can quickly complete clamping, and its advantages are even more apparent for irregularly shaped workpieces. Localized after-sales service is provided for Indian users.

The PRI-4060-M is a series specifically developed based on comprehensive research of existing users in India. For Indian users, the vacuum table is now sold at a highly competitive price, with door-to-door air freight service provided by internationally renowned courier companies such as FedEx. Each unit is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport, ensuring smooth delivery to your factory. FAQ's of PRI-4060-M Primary Vacuum Table:

Q: What are the size requirements for workpieces used with SOVAC vacuum tables?

A: Generally, a minimum individual workpiece size of 100mm x 100mm is recommended. For smaller components (e.g., 50mm x 50mm), we suggest using a "nesting" (tiling) strategy. Alternatively, auxiliary clamping methods such as adhesive wax or single-sided adhesive tape can be used. Please contact the manufacturer for specific operational techniques.

Q: What special features make this vacuum table stand out?

A: It has a simple structure, is robust and durable, and uses almost all non-ferrous metal sheets and engineering plastic sheets. It is suitable for both oil-based and water-based cooling.

Q: Where is the PRI-4060-M vacuum table typically used?

A: Mainly CNC machining centers, CNC milling machines, and engraving machines. Materials: aluminum, engineering plastics, graphite, fiberglass, epoxy resin, etc.

Q: What is the process for operating the vacuum table?

A: First, connect the vacuum hose, then place the workpiece onto the surface of the vacuum table. Next, turn on the vacuum table. Only turn on the switch for the area where the workpiece is placed.

Q: What are the requirements for workpiece flatness and surface finish?

A: To ensure a reliable vacuum seal, workpieces should typically have a surface roughness (Ra) within 3.2m and a flatness tolerance within 0.2mm.

Q: How should the SOVAC vacuum table be cleaned?

A: There are three recommended cleaning modes:
  • Mode 1 (Water Rinse): Applicable only for wet machining. With the vacuum valve partially open, pour clean water over the surface while the vacuum is active. The water will be sucked through the internal structure to flush out debris. Note: This requires an Automatic Liquid Separator in your vacuum line.
  • Mode 2 (Reverse Air Purge): Blow compressed air in reverse through the vacuum port to clear internal passages.
  • Mode 3 (Top-down Air Blast): Use a white air-shroud to blow compressed air directly into the vacuum orifices from above.

Maintenance Schedule: For wet machining, perform all three modes daily. For dry machining, perform Modes 2 and 3 after every workpiece cycle.
